What Inspires Me?
What inspires me is very easy. I have a niece and two nephews and one more niece will be born at the end of December. These little people of mine inspire me every day. And each one has their own awesome little personalities. I have a lot of fun watching them grow up and become themselves in this crazy world of ours. They are the best people to be around because of their innocence and how the little things make them happy. I am very happy to be their Aunt Erin. Pure awesomeness at its best for sure when I am around my niece and nephews.

Schedule
I think I may have my schedule/routine finally down. DDPYoga 3 days a week along with a bike ride, swimming 2 days a week, mowing the yard one day a week, and then a day off (possibly a yoga day). I may throw in a hike or two during the week as well depending on work.
I am a little sore after today's swim. Totally expected though. My legs were like jello when I finally got out after 45 minutes. I then went to see my chiropractor and got nice and cracked all over my back and neck. It felt great. Now that I am adjusted and my work out is over, it is time to actually get some work done.
Peace Out!

Yoga Session - Fear!
I did my DDPYoga session this morning and now it is time to spend some time gardening. I have some fresh veggies to pick. I have a lot of fear knocking at the door right now and I am not sure how to handle it. The fear I have is letting go of drinking sodas and consuming dairy. I know once I stop doing both of these, I will start losing weight along with doing DDPYoga, and once the weight drops, how will I be perceived? How will people look at me? Will my family finally stop judging me on every aspect of my life?
Fear is an ugly beast.

Sunday Yoga
Did my yoga session this morning and totally felt it from start to finish. I am going to be posting my goals and some photos this upcoming week. My soda intake stops today. Dairy intake will stop by Friday. But, one goal is to lose 100 lbs by August 1, 2014, if not sooner. I am also incorporating swimming twice a week in conjunction with DDPYoga. Living in Denver, there are numerous opportunities to go hiking once a week as well. More updates this week.

Just completed day 1 of DDPYoga. Totally kicked my ass and I really needed it. Sweated up a storm and I feel so much better and stretched out. Awesome morning.
